Community groups are the vehicle that CPC uses to help its participants continue to experience Christ outside of our worship gatherings and to provide the pastoral care that Christ provides through the love of His people. Thus, the worship, teaching, fellowship, and care for one another provides a more intimate and hands-on encounter with the living Christ. We currently have eight small groups meeting throughout the Greater New Haven Area every other week at varying times and places. The basic structure of a gathering consists of a time of:

1. Food and Fellowship
2. Brief time of Worship
3. Bible Reading and Discussion
4. Time of Prayer
5. Simple Hang-out Time
